More specifically we are a collection of mini-salon professionals all under one roof.  Each Suite is a separate with a private lockable entrance fully furnished with everything you need to run your own salon.

With a salon suite it is your own salon without the expensive overhead.  Your start-up costs are minimal compared to a traditional salon that incur costs of construction, equipment purchase, gas, electric, and water bills.  A Salon Suite only requires you to sign a one year lease vs. a 3-5 year lease which is usually required for commercial/ business leases. Yes! We want you to personalize your space and create an atmosphere where you enjoy working with your clients. We will only ask that the decorating doesn’t detour from the overall image of the suites.

Before making any modifications to a Suite, a request must be submitted. There are certain conditions that much be discussed and a suitable schedule must be worked out for performing the work.

• Your cosmetology (master, nail, esthetician) or barbering license from the State of Georgia,
• Fayette County Business License
• Federal Tax Identification Number from the IRS,
• Salon License from the Georgia State Board of Cosmetology
• General & Professional Liability Insurance.

You have 24 hour access to your Salon Suite. The facility is secured by a security controlled access system that allows each salon professional full access to his/her suite at any time.
