Spa Policies
Reservations
Spa services are available by appointment on a daily basis. We recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. A credit card or gift certificate is required to reserve all spa services. For parties of five or more a 20% managing and gratuity fee will be added to regular service price.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be redeemed for services or retail products. Gift certificates must be presented at time of appointment and will not be replaced if lost or stolen and will not be refunded. A gift certificate may not be purchased in conjunction with any special offer or discounts.
Guest Cancellation
We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all spa services. Cancellations of less than 24-hours will be charged a 50% fee. Gift certificates will be reduced to half value. No shows will be charged 100% fee.
Spa Information
We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. If you are a first time client, a profile form will be completed prior to service.Click here for profile form.
Late Arrivals
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.
Jewelry
We suggest you arrange for your valuables prior to your visit with us.
Cell Phones
Out of consideration for IMB guests, please mute cell phones. Cell phone use is not permitted in the massage area. Our front desk staff will assist you if needed.
Children & Teens
12 years is the minimum age requirement for services. Children under 12 years are not permitted in service area or treatment rooms. Please arrange for childcare prior to visit.
